Kelly took to the stage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday to perform “Twin Flame.” After playing a guitar solo, he declared, “I wrote this song for my wife,”.

The 32-year-old musician, who was nominated for a Top Rock Artist award, then began mutilating the lyrics, which included the chorus: “You’re too good for me/I’m too bad to keep/I’m too sad, lonely/I want you only.”
During the performance, he also paused and said, “And this is for our unborn child,” before continuing the song.
It’s unclear if Kelly announced that he and Fox, who also attended the event, are secretly married and are expecting their first child, but The Hollywood Reporter notes that the line mentions a child. Unborn children do not appear to be included in the lyrics of “Twin Flames.”

What is the reaction of the fans?
Viewers and fans took to Twitter to express their confusion as well as speculate on the meaning behind Kelly’s comments.
“Did Machine Gun Kelly just announce a pregnancy or am I trippin’?” one person tweeted.
Another Twitter user speculated: “I thought it was announcing a [pregnancy] loss… He said, ‘see you in my dreams.'”
One fan claimed, “In his Mainstream Sellout magazine, [Kelly] shared that [Fox] miscarried. He wrote the first part of the song two years ago for her birthday. Regarding the miscarriage, he initially wrote a song called ‘One Day and 10 Weeks,’ then a song called ‘Last November.'”
“For anyone confused about Machine Gun Kelly’s performance, he said, ‘This is for our unborn child,’ because they had a miscarriage. The heartbeat that was played in the song was the baby’s,” a fourth user tweeted.
The musician told Entertainment Tonight: “I wrote this song two years ago exactly today, played it for her. It’s just all the trip. It’s all meant to be. It’s really cool because it’s a Lunar eclipse tonight. It’s a full moon. It’s her birthday tomorrow.”
Machine Gun Kelly and Fox got engaged earlier this year, and “drank each other’s blood” to celebrate.
